Job Title: Junior Research Executive (Contractor)
Job description:
Research Executive at GMO Japan Market Intelligence(JMI) are responsible for the management of the research projects conducted for the company’s clients. They are assigned their own client accounts to develop.
Research Executive have the opportunity to work on all type of methodologies - both qualitative and quantitative - and across a broad range of client industries.
Research Executive would be expected to:
- Attend client hearings to assess needs
- Design studies to provide appropriate solutions
- Manage some aspects of the project set-up (with project support team)
- Analyze data and write report
- Present findings to the client
- Manage & develop key client accounts between projects
Training:
Training is mostly on the job, with the support of division managers who have the responsibility of overseeing consultants’ work. In addition “knowledge management sessions” are held on a weekly basis. Consultants may also have the opportunity to attend workshops run by professional bodies in marketing and research industry.
